I’m experiencing a drop in my NBN speed from 100 Mbps entering the premises to 75 Mbps at the Ethernet port. An NBN technician suggested that multiple modem connection points and an unidentified junction point might be causing the issue. I’m seeking a licensed cabler to: 1. Locate the main junction point (NTD) in my home. 2. Reduce modem connection points to a single outlet. 3. Inspect and upgrade internal cabling as needed.

Power points are getting tough to pull out cords. Have the replacements ready to go

The "Economy" and "Timer" indicator lamps on Fujitsu air conditioner are blinking once simultaneously, even after resetting the breaker and it only working for a short time then blinking again

Hello, We are getting a new dishwasher this week. It will be the 2nd one in the house. On the rare occasion our current appliances when all running turn off the power (trip the circuit... not sure what the correct term is)... not everything turns off... just a few in the power box need to be switched back on. But I think adding another dishwasher will cause this to happen more so I believe we should get an additional something added. Not sure of the terms. This task is to help me understand this and then i'd be wanting the same to come do it. Location: Bateau Bay, Central Coast. P.S. You'll see there is a granny flat. Most of that is currently off. But will get turned on a few weeks out of the year.

remove 9 existing lights (oyster type) and supply and install 12 down lights, plus another 3 lights that I can supply (2 thin/flat oyster type and 1 small hanging type) I also need supplied and installing of 2 new power points and replace 12 light switches with Clipsal iconic. (6 regular size and 6 minis for door frames) Also replace a exhaust fan (I can supply) Plus there is an old alarm system I’d like to remove or have to current capped so I can cut and remove all the wires around the house.

So have lights already wired up and currently just normal lightbulb fittings ( see pic ). Provisions made in the ceiling for weight (although my lights are quite light ) 1 small chandelier 3 light pendants 1 lamp shade for ceiling - rope Install flood light - don’t have - not sure what is needed to buy. Also which globes best for lights ? Advice Need gas oven reconnected , Plumber has done his thing . Replace 7 x light fittings (all working) like for like (older spotlights/semi flush wall/ceiling lights). See photos of current lights with replacements. Install 1 x new chandelier - this is a new light and will power run to the location. The location of the chandelier is above a staircase and there is a nearby man hole for easy access.
