Fiber cable would need to be cut and rejoined, ACMA licenced trade only, will be requesting to see certification / licence to perform the work. Easy access under the house (kneeling, not crawling) to cut and then re run cable approx 10-15m then up through timber flooring to the kitchen cabinet.

Replace 7 x light fittings (all working) like for like (older spotlights/semi flush wall/ceiling lights). See photos of current lights with replacements. Install 1 x new chandelier - this is a new light and will power run to the location. The location of the chandelier is above a staircase and there is a nearby man hole for easy access.
