Hi, I have a light switch connected to four down lights. When the light switch is turned on, one of the downlights begins to pulse. One of the lights doesn’t turn on altogether. Two of the lights are fine. Could be an issue with the transformer? Cheers

My current Blanco Electric oven has a heating problem. I have identified a new Electric oven to buy. Need to replace old oven with new one.
