I need an electrician or someone who can do electrical work to replace a light fitting in my rental property. I have accidentally broken internal of the light fitting and a globe can't be placed inside it. The only issue is due to the nature of my place the main power can't be turned off as I don't have access to it. There is only one switch that runs power to the light and will be turned off.
