I’ve heard mixed reviews about the quality of their work, so would like each PowerPoint in the roof certified as being up to code/standard, and if not, replaced. Existing downlights which plug into them, will remain. Require a qualified electrician, with insurance. Must include invoice for their compliance and works completed.

Freshly painted floor of a single garage needs a light sand prior to repainting. Hand operated electric sander provided. Only the sanding is required no painting. I would think one to two hours would be sufficent time but will pay for three hours at $50 per hour total of $150 cash. Time on date is flexible.
