Need electrician to install existing power points & data sockets to wall panel for an office renovation. 4x power sockets & 4 data sockets already supplied. Previously all the power and data were hard wired to the office desks, are now disconnected, and would prefer them installed into the vertical wooden wall channel as shown in blue highlight. You will need to cut holes into the side plywood panel on both sides to accommodate all sockets. One of the tables as shown needs the power/data cable ties cut and removed.

Electricity not working at office premises - need a technician to check (and possibly repair).

This is the plan of the apartment, the red dots indicate where the current plug points are and small circles with T on are where we want them. I have attached some of the GPOs we have that I would like to have replaced too. As we need strata approval, I require a full quote.

I need someone (2 persons suggested) to mount a Electrolux EDV5051 5kg Dryer to the wall above a top loader washing machine with enough space for the washing machine lid to be open. We have measured it and it does fit, however, it is tight. (as can be seen from photos) The machine is the Electrolux EDV505, which will need to be lifted from living room to laundy. No stairs are required but laundry is narrow. Job needs to be a clean and tidy fit given we are tenants. (we have approval from our landlords) - We have all the brackets in packet intact for the fit. We have a young child who is in day care on Monday, 10 July, so the job can be done anytime from 8am - 2pm, with morning our preference if possible. (Times negotiable - if someone is uber keen to do it 7/8/9 July NB I have a bad back and am unable to help lift machine. Need to replace 2 halogen bulbs which are at around 20ft ceiling height along the stairwell (will require a long adjustable ladder) Also need tube light in attic checked, I have tried replacing the light and changed the starter too but didn’t work. We recently had RedArc electric brakes installed for towing trailer. They don't seem to be working (lights not showing when brakes applied and can't hear/ feel trailer brakes engage) and want help fixing them as well as checking our 12plug & anderson plug connections.
