Tue-Fri Qualified, experienced electrician for: 1. replacing ceiling fan, including removal of wall control (new fan is remote) 2. in laundry, change 1 power to 3 separate power points along different areas of the wall (for washing machine (single), dryer (single), and benchtop (double). 3. replace fluro light with different light fitting. Old house, so ceiling may be asbestos - must wear PPE.

Laundry is under renovation. Power goes to laundry then outside. Need to re-direct so no power in laundry and stay under house to supply outside. Today if possible. Access under house - about 90cm clearance

I want to remove an oyster light from my bathroom and replace it with a single heat lamp and two downlights, and change the wall switch accordingly. We need a glazier or similar to repair a crack in our bedroom window and install a new electronic catflap in our back door. Unfortunately the current hole for the catflap is too small for the mount for the new catflap – we had a handyperson unsuccessfully try to install it in that already. We aren’t sure if the door is separate panels or one giant one. This will probably involve creating a new panel or panels to fit the catflap. There is also a small crack in our bedroom window that we are hoping to get fixed at the same time. We are flexible around times, days, and dates and are unsure of fair cost – obviously the price we have put in is just to indicate this!
