Change two downlights in at house in croydon

Each time AC is switched on, the power in one part of the house gets tripped. This keeps happening every time, we try to turn on the AC. Need an experienced electrician to troubleshoot and fix the issue.

1. One of my down light in living area has stopped working, Looking for some one who can bring matching downlight and replace it. 2. I also need one 70 watt halogen bulb preferably Brilliant but other brand with matching color temperature is also ok , if you have it you can bring it too to replace it. Need an electrician to install down lights into carport. There was an existing old carport there wired up but now disabled while new one was built. There is about 45mm clearance between colourblind roof, batons and cement sheeting. I’ll need to purchase the lights still.

Need to move the NBN modem from one room to another. The NBN technician has installed the NBN box and modem on the outer brick wall in one corner of the house. Need to move this to another room with an interior wall (where the previous modem is).The distance between the two points is approx. 11 metres. Single story house with tiled roof.
