Replace existing 3 blade ceiling fan with an Arlec 3 blade. I also have 2 light sockets possible replacement.

1) Install 2 outdoor ceiling fans where existing light bayonet points are. Ceiling fans are already purchased. 2) Install new light bayonet in between 2 ceiling fans. 3) Fix one halogen down light - possible problem with transformer as changing bulbs does not fix the problem. 4)Replace single light switch. Existing switch is a bit damaged and sticky. Standard Clipsal fitting.

Need to Install NBN fiber cable from outside NBN box location to opposite side of house near the garage. The NBN box will be on the left hand side of the property near the front on the side. And the fiber cable needs to run to the garage on the opposite side of the house. It is a two storey house but there is already an Ethernet cable running from the room adjacent to where the NBN will be on the outside. Can follow the same path as the Ethernet cable as it goes to the exact same location.

I need to have various lights / sensors installed around the house. I have attached some pictures showing light locations only. I also need 1 smoke alarm installed. All lights / sensors / smoke alarm will be supplied by me. 1. Install 2 exterior lights either side of garage 2. Install 3 exterior lights onto existing switch and wire to existing sensor. 3. Install 2 lights onto existing switch and add a sensor 4. Replace garage batten holder light with 3 downlights and wire to existing sensor 5. Install 1 floodlight onto existing switch and add a sensor 6. Install 1 smoke alarm and interconnect to existing smoke alarm (same brand hardwired). Summary = install 8 new lights, 3 downlights, 2 sensors and 1 smoke alarm. Looking to have this done the week of the 18th if possible. Thanks!
