UPGRADING POWER TRANSMISSION LINES TO HIGHER VOLTAGE change to a new box and switch box.

I have two pendant lights (one that I've partially removed already) that I want to be replaced with simple down lights (will be provided to you)

We have got a small room with 4 dimmable ceiling LED lights. 2 out of 4 lights have stopped working. 1 of the 2 lights which don't work turns ON by itself randomly but it doesn't switch ON most of the times.
