I have a ceiling plaster rose and a bayonet fitting in the centre which is not attached to a joist beam (I had a look). I want to attach a 3.5kg brass and glass light pendent which obviously needs support. It doesn’t seem like it can be done. Anyone know how without stuffing up the plaster rose and still having it centered? The pendant hangs by a hook. See pics closely. May need hard wiring? How do we support the weight safely? There is ceiling access- pitched roof. Let me know. Thanks.

Hi, My oven - it's an Ilve - is giving small electric shocks so I assume there's a fault that needs to be found and resolved. I have switched off the oven circuit at the trip switch but would like someone to come and look at the oven.
