Need someone to climb into roof cavity and swap four existing downlights for four new ones, using existing holes and existing power points in the roof space. No electrical work or plaster work needed, the lights plug into existing power points and have a spring to hold them into place, so is just accessing roof cavity to make the swaps.

I need an electrician to fix my room's light bulbs and the switch. The lights are flickering a lot and one of the 4 bulbs keeps on turning off occasionally. The switch is a smart switch so it can dim and brighten the lights, but I want to change that feature to a normal light switch.
