We are currently experiencing some electrical issues at our property that we would like assistance with. 1. The lights in the alfresco and garage areas are not working, despite confirming that the bulbs are not the issue. 2. Additionally, some switches for these lights, as well as a switch in another room, appear to cause a short circuit when used.

This is to replace existing LED down lights (around 20) with new style LED down lights. This will require sockets to install when replacing as the new lights are plug in type.

Remove two ornamental ceiling lights and replace with LED ceiling lights (supplied). Replace two light broken light switches (please include cost of replacement fittings in quote if possible) Disconnect 2 unused light fittings.
