Remove old ceiling fan. Assemble new fan and install. Fix two power points. One has come off wall. One trips out. Fix light switch.

I have 14 existing downlights throughout the apartment. See pics. They are the older style ones. Most currently working, a few without globes, and one with no socket at all but with wiring. See pic. I would like to change them all to LEDs.

Just moved into my apartment and it doesn't have a working phone line. The old socket was falling apart. Property is fibre to the building. Just need to get the phone line/socket hooked up so I can plug my modem in.
