Fan is remote controlled so no new wiring needed. Photo shows current wiring and batton placement. * Ceiling fan unit provided Bathroom 3-in-1 install (Tastic Triumph 3 in 1) * To replace existing light. New wiring needs to be provided and installed, including switches. Ceiling board will need to be cut. Template provided. * 3-in-1 unit and 3 gang switch provided. Powered roof ventilator install (Bradford Airomatic) * To be installed on tiled roof, new wiring needs to be provided and installed. * To be installed at point 1 or 2 in photo * Fan unit provided, model shown, link to install video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A1El51WfwEU&t=120s There is access to internal roof space. This is a two story building, there is a roof ladder access point nearby. Or access can be provided from the balcony. There's a leak in the Bafang motor in my ebike, and because of it, the battery is not supporting anymore, even though the screen is working. I would appreciate it if someone could fix it.

I have an old 70's electric element Jen-Air electric stove / grill - small element thermostat blown. Only works on max. Large element has burnt out, loose connection. Works only occasionally. Rocker switch for built in fan has also burnt out, this has been bypassed. Lovely old stove, just showing its age. Located Glen Iris.

I am removing wall in my home, need some wires, powerpoint, gate phone moved for job and position again after wall removal.
