Electrician required to connect stove to box

I need to get an electric oven installed in my kitchen. The oven is a 60cm one. I will have the current oven removed by a gas plumber beforehand. Also, there will be space as the new oven is a small one, so putting up some board to cover the space would be good, but if it’s not possible then just installing the oven for now as I need that done. I have attached a photo of the oven that I want installed

There were three switches on the same switchboard: LED downlights, fan and heating bulbs. Only downlights have problems, the other work. When I switch on the downlights switch, sometimes the downlights are on immediately, sometimes they don't, but a few hours later the downlights are on. When they are not on, I tried to short the two wires behind the downlights switch, no use. So it is not the switch. I also climbed up the roof and nothing seems odd .

*EDITED* - Switch was off - most lights working now. Some not working & likely need globe repairs. Anyone available to do this for me to take the extra task away please 😊. Job will include: Attend property to check which globes aren't working / or could benefit from replacement (dirty fluorescent bathroom tube light). While here do a quick advise after checking cables around the property to ensure none are live and all are telstra/nbn/satellite safe cables. Advise on intercom/electric gate motor that seem to be non functional and if they're repairable and at what cost ♡.
