Below tasks need to be completed, 1) 33 old LED/halogen lights to be removed, surface mount power sockets to be installed to the end of the cables, expand the hole size on the ceiling from 60-70 mm to 90 mm (standard cut size for dimmable LED), and install LED lights. The power sockets and LED lights can be provided by us or the electrician. If you propose to provide them please mention specifications (brand, wattage, light output,...) and the cost for each item in your offer. 2) Two single tube florescent lights to be relocated about 500 mm each. 3) Two power outlets to be installed on the ceiling for garage door openers. 4) Exhaust fan (200 mm) to be installed in the bathroom (there is no existing fan). The fan will be provided. The existing single gang switch with be replaced with double gang to be able to operate the light and the fan separately. 5) An outdoor ceiling fan to be removed and replaced with a tube florescent or a LED light. The light will be provided. 6) Isolate power to an outdoor light (at the light end).
