Hi!! We’ve recently purchased a property needing some renovations. We're looking for a quote from a licensed electrician with the following. Please note, we haven't inspected the place in person yet, as we’re not based in Perth. The list below is based on photos, inspection reports, and agent recommendations, so there may be adjustments (more/less) once we arrive and can confirm everything. We plan to be there during renovations from Sat 2nd to Mon 18th Nov. It would be great if you could stop by before starting work to ensure we’re aligned and see if there’s anything we may have missed or need to organise! The property is 117 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We don't have a floor plan yet, but we'll work on getting one drawn up (no measurements will be included though). * Replace approximately 8-10 light switches. * Replace approximately 10-15 power outlets. * Replace the kitchen range hood. * Install a missing doorbell. * Install a missing phone port. * Install canisters on downlights (or replace with LED lights). * Label 4 circuits in the main board. * Replace the heat lamp in the bathroom or replace the light fixture entirely. * Replace the porch light fitting. * Install barriers to separate lights from insulation (unsure what this entails or how many are needed). * Enclose electrical terminations in a junction box in the roof that are currently unenclosed. •Electrical Safety Certificate? I have issues with 3 roller shutters: 1. A broken rope on the manual shutter, I need to convert it to a motorized one with a switcher. 2. Another manual shutter is stuck. I need to convert it to a motorized one with a switcher if the shutter is not damaged. 3. The remote control is not working for the small e-shutter in the bathroom.
