Timing is flexible but weekends are preferred. Job 1: I recently had a mirror cabinet replaced in my bathroom which required the existing power point to be removed. I need a new power point installed where the existing power point was. There is a hole in the cabinet where the wiring is, so a power point can be easily installed in the space. Job 2: Bathroom fan is not working and I would like a new one installed. Looking for a quote that includes the supply of new basic bathroom fan to replace existing fan. If the wiring is the cause of the issue, also would appreciate a quote for repairing so that a fan can be installed. Pictures can be provided if required. I also have other electrician jobs that I may need quotes on that I can discuss. Many thanks in advance.

The handbreak does not allow the unlock function to work. I’ll need someone to determine what the issue is and possibly determine whether the machine needs required parts replaced. Hi there, seeking an experienced electrician to help me get my commercial EMS Body Sculpting Machine Fixed. I have contacted the company, I have all the software updates and new version of the software. It appears that the hand break does not seem to allow the 'unlock' function to work. It may need someone to see what the problem is, possibly needing a new 'hand break switch' to allow the machine to activate the cycle. Typically the white side button is what allows the 'security' function to change as you can see in the image.

Wiring of 5 outdoor lights and re-installation of cable shown in the pictures. The cable shown has 2 problems: 1) One section where it is cut into the wall is not done properly. Wall needs to be chased out and conduit installed (about 40cm) 2) The cables running through the wall to the down lights have allowed water seepage causing the lights to fail. These sections need to be tested and re-waterproofed if needed. Cost of lights will be excluded from this job but any cabling / coduit / junction boxes or other standard electrical items should be provided and included in cost. Patching and painting of any distrbed areas should also be completed and included in cost. Paint is available, materials to patch concrete should be included in cost.

Fix lights and change light fittings

Looking for someone to install an aircon unit for me. I will supply the unit. It can be attached to the ceiling and the bulkhead will be built around it so it should be quick and easy for you. Plumbing is below so easy to connect to and the electrician is installing the wiring for the outdoor unit already. Distance between proposed indoor unit location and outdoor unit location is approximately 3-4m. Bulkhead will be built out to approximately 1160 deep.
