- Need replacement of a 450mm Wall-mounted fan (already purchased by us). - There’s another fan that still works but makes a loud vibrating noise against the wall so needs fixing as well.

Need electrician to run a fibre optic cable through exposed garage roof down to wall. Also want it run through conduit.

Bosch Optiflow continuous hot water system. Need it serviced. I have the manual. Not sure when it was last done.

To replace two LED downlights

Location: unit in Homebush West Item: bathroom ceiling light Details: the light has stopped working. See photo for the light fitting type. The fan on the same switch still works, just the light isn’t working. If a repair of the light fitting isn’t possible, a replacement with a standard bathroom light would be great.
