I have a small commercial property that is vacant at the moment. The previous tenant commenced electrical works but did not complete it. Most of the wiring is already in place. I need 2 power points to be installed. I need 1 existing fluro light to be installed with a LED light and I need an extra fluro LED light connected. I also need some wiring to be tidied up and placed in conduit. Please see pictures

 Fire seal all switchboard gaps exceeding 5mm to comply with safety standards.  Ensure the switchboard is accurately labelled for easy identification and maintenance and to comply with safety standards.  Mechanically protect all cables under 2 meters in the garage and laundry as per regulations to prevent damage.  Replace powerpoints and light switches in the laundry as they are damaged, and there is a potential to expose live parts if not fixed.  Install the overhead TPS cables supplying power to the garage in conduit, reattach conduit to the catenary wire as the cables are showing signs of UV damage exposure and physical damage.  Replace the burnt-out single power point in the front bedroom to restore electrical function.  Replace the faulty 1-gang architrave switch in the kitchen to eliminate potential live exposure hazards.

To pull internet cable from my garden to inside the house. The cable is available.

To replace the circuit breaker. Please see attached picture. The lights in the kitchen and PowerPoint in laundry are not working. I think it needs to replace 1 the circuit. From the pic, maybe need to change circuit number 7 or number 8.

Professional electrician required to fix 7 x downlights and replace bathroom extractor fan unit 7 downlights are not working, 4 are located in lounge area and 3 are in kitchen area. 2 have missing bulb, one has missing bracket. They are old downlights and I guess the transformers also need to be replaced. Bathroom extractor fan is a 250mm unit and need to be replaced. Please quote only the labor and your airtask fee. The materials including bulbs, transformers and fan will be reimbursed if supplied or advise me so I'll buy them seperately.
