One PowerPoint and electric oven installed replacing old one

Nick Scali recliner (right side) is stuck in the up position. The left side works fine. The switch is still showing the green led power light, I've also tried swapping the power cables around but no luck. Someone experienced in this field would be preferred, thankyou.

Install a new 15a circuit from switchboard, distance of approx 7m, externally. Repeat the same for a 10a circuit. Terminate both on supplied external GPO's

Look at the fan (via photos and measurements) and suggest an alternative from Bunnings. I will go and get the fan, we just need you to install it securely. Can add photos later today when space is vacated.
