I need some electrical work done at home. Some of the things I need done: 1. Moving a fan to another room 2. Changing some of the outdoor electrical plugs around 3. Put in a couple of new outlets 4. Put in a new light I have no idea how much this will cost. Happy to do work out an hourly rate of fixed amount after looking at the job.

I have 6 downlight fixtures (the old type with halogen bulbs) that I want to upgrade to LED down light fixtures. I can provide the downlight fixtures fitted with a plug and also provide the socket that needs to be connected when the old fixture is removed. So there is no material cost involved. I am looking for an electrical to just execute the task of removing the old light and connecting the socket to the wires. All downlights needing to be replaced are one the same floor.

I have some smoke alarm is the house but need an update for smoke alarm if necessary based on the regulation
