I have a few things that I’m trying to hang up in my apartment: paintings, plants and hooks. I have the screws and the hooks ready, but I need someone who knows how to safely and securely install these and who has an electric drill. the hanging plant is to be attached to a hook drilled into the bathroom ceiling (pictured), the wooden panel is to be drilled into my wall, and i have 2x heavy paintings that need to be fixed to a blank wall in my living room (pictured).

Hi, I need to install 12 standard solar panels ( 19.7KG, 163 cm*99cm) and the inverter. Skillion roof (colourbond) as shown in the photo. Panels were disassembled from another house, the existing fixtures are available as well as some new side clamps. Task 1: Install the panels to the roof, and mount the inverter on the wall connect all the wires I have some wire, 16 AWG ( about 10-13 AMP). 2 pin, 5 meters， 22 AWG (7 -8 AMP), 2pin, 20 meters. If different wire etc is needed, please consider the cost in the quote. Task 2: (if you are an electrician) Connect it to the utility grid.

11 Ceiling Light Fittings to be replaced (10 are old Alabaster Oyster light) one is standard light globe bayonet) 9 are being replaced with Hue Enrave S (6 are attached to concrete ceiling, 3 to dropped ceiling\plasterboard ceiling if got term right) The remaining two lights are Ledvance Orbis Ultra Slim. Additional tasks looking to have done include: 1. Moving one light switch about 5-10cm to the right. This switch is in brick wall. 2. Install double power point onto kick board, there is a cable behind kickboard already from when kitchen renovated but couldn’t be installed at time as floors were being done. (Double power point already purchased. 3. Replace 6 light switches that have yellowed with identical new ones (already purchased)

I need to connect a ceiling light to an existing switch - Due date: Flexible

On our property (a strata block of 9) there is an external building for laundry. There is a drain connected to the laundry and it overflows. The cause of this is due to a tree and its roots. It has been hacked down and now we require an electric eel to cut away any remaining roots within the drain. Arrow in the attached images show the location of the blocked drain. You must be licensed and provide a receipt with ABN so I can claim with strata. - Due date: Flexible

Instal a single LED down light. - new LED DownLight supplied by me - 89/90mm cutout into older style plaster ceiling. - to be wired to join the same switch that operates currently installed pendant light. See image. 2. Replace motion sensor which has broken with a new sensor. Same location. Outdoors at 2m height. I’ll supply new sensor and ladder. - Due date: Flexible

Should not be a hard job just requires the tool to pull out the rod and put the new one in. If you don't already have the rod You need to go to Bunnings to buy it. - Due date: Before Thursday, 3 August 2023
