We snapped the fibre optic cable out of the terminal in the NBN Box. We need the cable to be reterminated - it’s not an easy fix but if someone has the right tools and has done it before, don’t think it would be too hard.

Kitchen down lights (4) all stopped working at the same time, so I'm quite sure the transformer has given up. Easy access to the roof space.
