Two ceiling fans one running slow, the other slow irrespective of switch position

Needing to replace 2 ceiling lights and ceiling fan in a studio apartment

Need an electrician to put in a new bathroom exhaust. Exhaust is provided.

- Remove old ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms. - Install 2 downlights in new positions and new switches in each room (4 downlights total). - Downlights, cable, junction boxes, sockets and switches are provided. Just need the expertise to wire everything correctly. I will plaster the holes left by the old ceiling fans, so no need to quote on that. Thanks

Simple electric glass cook top to be removed from a Kitchen bench, and a new unit installed. I will supply a basic 4 burner glass hob to be installed.

Connect stove point to wall circuit. Have been told by handyman possibly be 20 or 35A needed for stove if that helps. Photo shows fridge where stove is now set in

Electrician required - I am installing new cabinets and need to move an existing double GPO from it's existing position to 600mm to the right and 600mm higher so it sits above the new cabinets. As the wall is going to be concealed there is no problem in some of the plaster being revealed to access existing wiring if required, but anything above the new bench height would need to be concealed.
