Looking for quotes broken down per item from licensed electricians with appropriate insurance/ warranty - 1. Install 2 new downlights in the kitchen 2. Replace 1 ceiling light with fan+light combo 3. Replace 1 ceiling light with either a pendant/ flush light. I have bought both just need to see which looks good. 4. Replace the outdoor sensor light with a new one. I’ve got the replacement light. Install only Would like the work completed within the next 2 weeks latest.

I’m looking for a licensed electrician to provide a quote for supplying and installing a 12-meter-long LED light strip into a recessed curtain channel. The installation will require connecting the light strip to existing wiring, potentially running it off the dining room light switch. Alternatively, another light switch in the open-plan living area could be used, as there are several available. The LED light strip must be of high quality and reliable. I have a few LIFX and Phillips Hue products already in the house so familiar with this level of quality. Photos are available for reference.

Our garage door won’t open with the remote Seems to have short circuited The safety switch keeps tripping and turning off when turned on Also the sensor light outside the garage is not working, though seems to flash when safety switch turned on There is also an odd issue where the circuitry for our garage is controlled from our neighbors switch board. Not sure if we can swap them

My hot water is not working in my apartment. I have an electric hot water tank which provides hot water to the apartment. There is no issue with the electricity so has to be a plumbing issue. It’s also been making a draining noise which needs to be looked at. Need an experienced plumber please as I need it fixed ASAP.

Hyandai i30 (2013) car check engine light is on. Got electrical diagnostics ran and multiple things came up. Car recently had new spark plugs added, a completely new exhaust system installed and quite a bit of other work done in the past year. Car is over fuelling on ignition. I have a lamp that I purchased overseas and would like it refitted / rewired for Australian outlets. It also needs a new bulb fitting as the old bulb has blown. Basically I would like the whole electrical / light fitting replaced please.
