Need lights reconnected on a Honda CRF 450 the wires were damaged when someone tried to steal it

A few months ago we bought our daughter a new bed - it has a LED light strip and two usb charging ports. Neither of these features work correctly. We are looking to replace the parts. The task will involve working out what parts need replacing, finding replacements and installing. The issues - LED light - it will turn on, but after being powered off, it doesn't turn on again, unless power is turned off, then on, at the wall - USB ports - they work, but they get extremely hot. Just bought 2 Ring Floodlight Cam Wired Pro. 1 to replace the old driveway motion sensor flood and 2nd in the backyard by removing a small light shade. Also, install the old floodlight to another outdoor wall. All electrical points are already functional and active so no cabling required. A small step ladder will be sufficient to reach all the points. shouldn't take much time.
