Install a power point in roof space so I can plug in my bathroom exhaust fan. Needs to be connected to the light switch so that the fan turns on when the lights are on.

I suspect the voltage might be unstable as the lights are flickering and some appliances are not working as well as they're supposed to. So I need an electrician to check the voltage and fix it if there's a problem. Thank you
