the lights on the gatepost in the front garden and the street lights on the entrance path keep flashing, and then there is a clicking sound in the main electrical box.

Blank plate that surrounds electrical cords of stove is broken and as its flush to outside wall, is allowing cockroaches to enter the kitchen drawers.
