My commodore ute drivers seat won't adjust because a replacement seat was fitted but its not wired up. all the wiring and connectors are there just not connected . I need help coz I can't bend over for long as I have a bad back.

We need a ratten light installed in our lounge there is not light fitting there currently. The light weighs 2.2kgs and the ceiling is about 3M tall. I’ve attached a picture of the light and lounge room. We work from home so happy for it to be done any day next week.
