I have a Robus LED sensor light setup in the carport. The light is a long 12V strip that runs along a roof beam. Looks like the solder at the end of the strip has broken away. Need someone to repair it.

The transformer for the low voltage stair light requires a replacement. I’m in need of an electrician who can promptly provide and replace this. After replacing the transformer it should work well with a low voltage 12v Halogen stair light.

We have a fairly unique glass roof section with timber shutter blinds that can be moved up or lowered via a motor that is electronically connected to a switch. The motor powers a pully system to move the blinds. We understand that this was a Stegbar installation about 30-40 years ago. The safety switch keeps tripping at our house. I have switched off all appliances and power points, however the tripping of safety switch continues.
