We are doing a small Reno on our open plan kitchen/diner. The ceilings are now down and we need a licensed electrician for the following work: - Install 8x down lights - Install 1x kitchen pendulum light and connect to an existing single dimmer switch - Replace 2x existing 2 gang switches with 4 gangs (two way) with push button dimmers - Install 1x new GPO - Delete 4x GPO - Replace front cover of 3x existing GPOs - All lights, GPOs and switches supplied by customer - Ceilings have been removed for easy access

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.

This is a clean swap of a broken Mitsubishi Heavy Industries 5kw split unit for another MHI 5kw split unit. I want to use the current piping/electrics joining the units. Location is ground floor, easy access, outside unit about thigh high, and I can assist in lifting the new one/taking off the broken one. Thanks, Joel

I've got a music studio in a granny flat in the garden, from my tests I've found that the noise is exclusive to the granny flat. I believe the interference is coming from a factory behind the house and only happens when I can hear a loud machine running there.

Electric motor on cabinet saw is shorting and tripping circuit breaker. It might only be something minor or motor might need service / replacement. I don't have time this week to look at it myself. Motor is readily accessible as it's external to the cabinet and is belt drive. Obviously happy to pay more and for parts if more extensive work or replacement is required but hoping it's a quick fix.
