I need a licensed electrician to install a few lights. 1) One Hanging linear pendant light to be installed in the dining area. New electrical point and an independant switch required 2) Two bamboo hanging pendant to be installed above the kitchen bench. New electrical point and an independant switch required 3)Two up/down wall scones to be installed at the front. One pillar currently has a junction box, additional wiring to be looped into the second pillar 4)Upgrade existing two outlet power to four outlet power point in the laundry room or add a new two outlet adjacent to existing 5) Install three floodlights, A junction box has already provided at all three locations 6) Install a floodlight camera above the garage door that would require wiring, a new switch is not required. Additional work that may be required -Install one additional external power point -Install one extra floodlight including new wiring looped into existing switch -Install 1-2 garden lights a the front including wiring - relocate two downlights above the kitchen bench and two in the dining area. These two are the locations where new lights are installed All lights will be provided. Can provide all other materials as well if required. A certificate should be provided after works are completed

Need an electrician to replace two outdoor bulbs with two EUFY flood cameras. On side and back yard of property, points are no more than 2-3m from ground level - pictures of the existing light fixtures attached, those are to be replaced with the provided hardwired outdoor flood cameras. Task is to replace the two bulbs and install the cameras and check the motion flood light and sensitivity are all working properly. Easy job. Have an existing fan with light in it. Wanting to swap for another fan (without light) and add 5-6 downlights. The room i need the job done in has the manhole in it so no long crawls in roof. Old fan already has 2 switches connected so shouldn't need to run wires down wall.
