Looking for an electrician to help: 1) fix a flickering downlight in the living room (1st photo - it is linked with 5 others but is the only one flickering); 2) disconnect a movement sensor linked to a downlight in the ensuite bathroom; and 3) replace 2 x faulty power points (3rd and 4th photo). There is a Bunnings 100m away if any parts are required.

We had three ceiling fans installed next to where the downlights were. The fans couldn't use the same holes as the lights and so now the holes of the lights remain which need patching. Unfortunately I don't have the cut-outs.
