I have bought 2 new power switches for the light/fan switch and I need the old switches replaced with the new ones I have bought

I have two motorized window security shutters that have stopped working at the same time. Since their controls share the same power source, it's unlikely both motors are faulty. This leads me to believe there might be an issue with the power supply. There's a UPS on this power line, so it's possible the UPS itself is malfunctioning. An electrician could help diagnose the problem and determine if it's the power line or the UPS.
