Two lamps need the power leads fixed

Hello I need 2 x power points installed.

I have a 50L water heater that seems broken. It was just leaking loads of water continuously. It doesn’t get used very often. I’d like a qualified plumber/electrician/boiler heater installation tech to come and assess and make a plan to replace or repair as needed please.

I have replaced my oven and the current power cable isn’t thick enough or long enough. I need it replaced and the oven connected. My understanding is that it has a 4mm cable currently.

I need these two lamp holder replaced.

I was given an electrical Christmas bells set (think a string of Christmas lights that you plug into the wall but they are actual small bells that play Christmas carols). The set is from America (made in the 1990s). I’d love to know if you can have a look over them to check the wires and also provide guidance on the need of any special step down/converter plugs. Remove ceiling fan and cap off cables

We have a paper lantern pendant we would like installed. It will require removing the light fitting and attaching an extension cord so the lantern can hang a little lower. This will be in a rental property, so this will have to be easily removable

Error code E10, not filling or rinsing properly, have done troubleshooting with no success. Also turns itself off on certain cycles.

Have approx 8.5m of trenching we need dug for new air conditioning and electrical conduits to be installed in, must be min of 700mm deep, there is bamboo close by and no machine access.

Power point and 2 tv aerial connections no longer required due to new wardrobe instal. Needs to be disconnected. Advice also sought on interior lighting options for separate wardrobe with mains power connection.
