Some power sockets and some lights are not working - I think there may have been a power surge or something related to the thunder and lightning storms. It’s a holiday home so we’re not there all of the time. Arrived last weekend and all power was off. Some fuses blown, but I have fixed. Power restored to some of the sockets but not all. Need an electrician to take a look and work out what’s wrong. Needs to be on Thursday 30th January or Monday 3rd Feb so I am there to let you in.

We have manual roller shutters installed through Half-Priced-Shutters. We want them to convert to electric ones. There are two roller shutters. This is one storey house, and roller shutters are easily accessed from ground.

Power runs from my house to the pool shed in backyard, there is no power and I have checked all mains switches. The power is mains power and used to run pool pumps and lights. There are two circuits I think and neither work. I need someone to come and fix. Thanks Steve

I would need someone who is experienced: a cabler, NBN technician or electrician. Please see photo (the wall plate next to Foxtel is empty and it may be the phone socket has fallen into the back of the wall) However it may be more involved than this, I am unsure. I have found no other phone sockets in my house, garage or power room of my block of units. My Broadband provider has told me Fibre to the Node is connected to my building and I should have a phone socket in my unit.

Replace old hardwired photoelectric smoke alarm with new (supplied) hardwired heat alarm, and show me what you do.
