Electrician to replace HPM sensor light.

We need a licenced electrician to complete few tasks at our property which includes: Repalce a circuit breaker. Update labeling on the main switchboard to correctly identify all circuits and the location of the main earthing electrode. Add a fire rated silicon to cable entry points within the switchboard and 1 external power outlet. Replace the old style 80-amp isolator main switch with a new 40-amp Main Switch circuit breaker. Relocate the architrave light switch and power point in the bathroom that is located within a wet area restriction zone. Replacing a rangehood (supplied by myself). Replace 2 x twin sensor light (supplied by myself). Test all new installs/rectification work and provide an electrical certificate.

electric gear housing, up down turn off and on needs replacing as the wires have been broken inside the housing. a 3 way switch. will require some who knows what they are doing, wspecially with e-bikes.
