Garage and granny flat laundry circuit break tripped due to water. Sensor light has an issue

1. Replace the light globes for: - ceiling lights in 3 bedrooms (double globes) - two bathroom heat lamps and 1 downlight in the ensuite bathroom - 6 down lights in the kitchen and hallway - 1 downlight outside the front door - 1 fluorescent light in garage 2. Troubleshoot the electrical wiring issue for 3 downlights. There are some key requirements: 1. You must be a qualified and licensed electrician - please do not make an offer unless you can provide soft copy proof of your licence upon acceptance of offer. 2. You will need to wear the shoe covers around the house which I will provide. Pls do not make an offer if you are not willing to wear the shoe mittens. 3. You must be clean and also clean up any related mess related to the electrical work. Again do not offer if you do not agree to do so. Replacement gloves and lamps will be provided

The fan in bathrooms "3-in-1" has failed and its probably cheaper to just replace the entire unit. See image for current device. Does not need to be 100% identical, but same functionality (and cover any ceiling cutouts). We would prefer a standard item from Bunnings or similar to keep costs down and you to supply the item. Please note that the property is tenanted. Date/time todo the job to be agreed with Tenant after job is assigned.

Need help replacing roughly 5 down lights in my apartment.

i want to replace existing lights in my home with led downlights, they come with plugs (AUS). i have already purchased these.

We originally had an LED strip light in the bathroom provided by the developer, however we had to replace the strip as it was flickering. Now the LED strip is installed but it is not connected to the main switch button. Need an electrician to fix the connection. Image 1 shows current connection to inside switch. Electrician to install new power points in a few different walls in our apartment. - Due date: Before Monday, 4 December 2023

The first issue is that the oven has developed a fault. It is quite a new oven and was fitted three years ago. Initially it seemed to work completely fine but recently it is taking forever to get up to temperature and then loses a lot of temperature, if the door is opened, even very briefly. This is a Bellini 60cm 65L 9 function electric oven. The second issue is one that we have a large number of faulty lights downstairs. These have been getting steadily worse for a long time. There are 20x lights and transformers need to be replaced + 2x wall light bulbs need to be replaced. - Due date: Flexible

Each light will have a separate switch, and they can be added to existing switches in the house.
