Need an electrician or handyman to fix our small lamp. Light is flickering on/off and slight spark in button when turning on/off.

I have a 250-liter AquaMAX electric mains pressure hot water system. The hot water runs fine initially but fades to cold after about 5 minutes. The system has two heating elements (4800W upper and lower). I need someone to test the heating elements and possibly replace a faulty one or address any other issues (thermostat, etc.).

The details are as follows: • 1 x 3 light switches + 1 dimmer • 3 x 2 light switches (vertical) • 1 x 1 light switch + dimmer • 3 x 1 light switches • 1 x 2 plug GPO (vertical) • 1 x 2 plug GPO (horizontal) Please include: • GPO replacements for the kitchen • GPO and light switch covers for the house Let me know if you need any further details or when you’ll be available to complete the work.

This is a FORTIS 700C electric commuter bike. After one recent short trip (without any previous malfunctions over e3 years) when switching the bike on it showed this error. E08 I had advice perhaps the battery needs disconnecting and reconnecting. It is located within the bike main frame shaft and needs 8 screws undone to remove the battery. Perhaps some other procedure?

1. Move a fan light into a new location. 2. Install light where fan was. 3. Install PowerPoint for tv. Patch walls and ceiling where necessary. Double story house Photos show fan to be relocated in girls bedroom. And the wall we need the power point for the tv. The nearest power point is over the other side of the arch way near the skirting behind the chair. Include all materials please. Power point is to be threaded behind the architrave and skirting to new location. Thank you!
