The current unit is a 135L gas powered heater (Dux Prodigy 145F). Needs to be replaced with a decent heat pump unit. The old unit has to be disposed of and suitably decommissioned. There is easy access to the unit, a suitable power point. There is an old gas central unit system next to it that needs to be disconnected and removed. The job is in Pascoe Vale VIC 3044.
