The electrical hot water heater is not heating. It was installed new only 18 months ago so I doubt it is something too serious, but it appears to be an electrical fault between the power supply and the element. Maybe the thermostat? I don’t know. Probably needs an electrician but I am not an expert. Hopefully a quick fix! $175 call-out and diagnosis and will pay for extra time and parts as required!

Two electric bikes. One needs wires removed to put a new seat on and put back together after. Maybe an issue with the electrics. The other has electrical issues, the bike works perfectly when you have the back wheel of the ground, when you sit on it to ride it, it only goes about 8 kms/perhour. Unsure of what it would cost, so just picked a figure. Happy to be given a cost.

Lightbulb socket stuck in the bathroom ceiling light fixture and needs removal to replace the lightbulb. The piece that is stuck now has a piece of epoxy putty in the socket. We tried to DIY via this method to remove it which did not assist. The fixture is old and the socket is jammed from moisture + not being replaced for a substantial amount of time. Probably about 4 or so hours work all up, but obviously will need to be done over a few days for each stage to dry. Must have experience with older houses as the brickwork/surrounding plaster is fragile. To be done/started ASAP 🙏🏼
