Looking for a qualified electrician only. I recently purchased a chandelier for my apartment kitchen, but a previous electrician advised that it might be too heavy for my apartment ceiling. They mentioned that they couldn’t access the roof cavity, which made securing it difficult. I’d really love to make this work since I’ve already invested a lot in the piece. I’m hoping to get a second opinion on possible solutions, such as: • Installing a ceiling reinforcement bracket or joist mount • Using a ceiling hook and chain to redistribute the weight • Exploring alternative mounting options that might work within my apartment’s structure Would you be available to assess the space and let me know if there’s a way to install it safely? Need a new Aircon unit and installation

I have a 20kva 3 phase diesel genset that was previously hard-wired into a house, and which unit has been removed from its location. It is a very low hour unit in mint condition. I need to convert this generator into a fully portable unit. This means installing a new switchboard on the generator with 3 phase and single phase outlets. I have a new and unused generator switchboard which is wired for 1 phase. This switchboard already has 4 x 15A 240V single phase outlets and 1 x 20A 240V outlet, and I have a new 40A, 3 phase outlet to bolt to it, to replace the 20A single phase outlet. The new switchboard has a length of 4 wire 3 phase cable coming into it, but only single phase is wired up. I need to convert the switchboard to all 3 phase, and end up with the 4 x 15A 240V single phase outlets left in place, and the 40A, 3 phase outlet added. I would like a price to convert the switchboard to 3 phase. The single phase switchboard has been professionally built, it just needs rewiring to meet Australian Standards for a portable 3 phase genset.

The stove was brand new (installed one year ago), but after a guest used the apartment, the switch will not activate and needs replacing. Small amount of patching/plastering to be done over chasing into brick wall for electrical conduits and around 1 or 2 lights switches. Probably about 4 or so hours work all up, but obviously will need to be done over a few days for each stage to dry. Must have experience with older houses as the brickwork/surrounding plaster is fragile. To be done/started ASAP 🙏🏼

I have observed that sometimes when I turn on AC and some other electronic appliances are also on then the electricity for the entire apartment trips. Also, AC makes loud tuk tuk tuk sound while turning off.
