Lightbulb socket stuck in the bathroom ceiling light fixture and needs removal to replace the lightbulb. The piece that is stuck now has a piece of epoxy putty in the socket. We tried to DIY via this method to remove it which did not assist. The fixture is old and the socket is jammed from moisture + not being replaced for a substantial amount of time. Need someone familiar with electricity. Pictures attached which include fixture screws.

Must have experience with older houses as the brickwork/surrounding plaster is fragile. To be done/started ASAP 🙏🏼
