Electrical cables and data cables to be tidied up or removed or taken back to their point of origin 4. Any ventilation pipework to be left or secured if necessary 5. Air vents to be moved if requested You will need an electrical contractors ticket - this is not for the hobby enthusiast. You’ll also need to have a certificate of currency to undertake the work. Will pay a day-rate and an opportunity to do the rest of the office as well (as we get there over time). Would take a day to complete, hence a day rate. Message me with any questions

Remove existing ~96cm ceramic cooktop (half of which is a BBQ grill with full in cabinet extraction fan, fill hole where extraction fan goes through cabinetry to extraction cavity) 3. Install new 60cm wall oven 4. Install new 60cm induction cooktop (and replace any cover plates required to fill any gaps) Potential issues: - Power source can support induction cooktop - Stone benchtop (unable to tell the size of the hole due to cabinetry - stone may require further cutting, or a cover plate, depending on the size of the hole) Other minor work: - Replace power point (from 2 to 4 power points in main bathroom) - Install power point (in office - may be able to run power from power point in main bedroom shared wall)

New house light installation for five bedrooms, panel light installation in the corridor, outdoor light installation. Around 20-25 lights require to install. need remove existing light, and install the new lights. Outdoor light, the longest is 2.4m in length. All lights already purchased, GPO(both indoor and outdoor) in suitable place already, need to provide fixture, voltage converter, material or manhole roof access if necessary. Just get some idea for the installation cost. I put $5,000 as budget reference as I don't know the actual cost.

We are a children's charity situated opposite HBF Park helping vulnerable children and young people living with middle ear disease and hearing loss. One of our smoke alarms needs the batteries changed and we do not have a ladder tall enough to do this ourselves (we have high ceilings in our clinic offices). Can you help by popping in this week with your ladder? We have the batteries. The chirping sound is interfering with the hearing tests we conduct on newborns and infants.
