I am after certified electrician to perform below job. Refer pics and ask queries if you have any for providing quote. 1) Installation of 80 down lights (approximately 40 in ground floor and another 40 in first floor) . I will supplement down lights and plugs. There are few down lights but they are old and i want to replace them and make room for new down lights. 2) Installation of 7 pendants (3 in the ground floor and 4 in the first floor) l. Pendants are not big. I will share the pics, and I will supply pendants 3) Installation of 6 fans (2 in the ground floor and 4 on the first floor) 4) Installation of 6 sensor spot lights to cover the driveway and around the house 5) Installation of swann 4k cameras 8 (covering internal and external areas) 6) Wall mounting of 4 TVs (two TV’s are 85 inches and other 2 TVs are 50 inches). I will get wall mounting brackets and cables 7) Replace existing switch board with smart switch board. I will buy smart boards. Refer to the pic 8) 2 TV points on the first floor. I will get the TV points 9) Installation of borsch security alarm system. I will buy the alarm system 10) Installation of 10 power point sockets with type c and usb ports. I will provide PowerPoint sockets. 11) Installation of 5 pin sockets in the garage for my Tesla car 12) Installation of 8 led light hangings in bed rooms. Refer the pic 13) Installation of 3 heat lamps in bathroom (one in ground floor and 2 in first floor) Add 3X safety switches to support these additional load. Required Electrical certificate for insurance purpose and warranty.

Install 3 electric plug points in the house 2 in kitchen one in bedroom

Fix these issues highlighted during compliance - Oven gpo requires rcd protection, kitchen gpo won't turn off iconic series,

The flouroscent tubelight was there and led tubelight to be installed.

I am getting my backyard redone , as part of landscaping some electrical wire came out. Need a electrician to confirm that it does not impact the house electical connections and also help dispose it.

1) fix toilet roll holder (image 1) 2) fix bidget holder (image 2) 3) need a new power point on a wall. There is already an existing power point at the other end of the same wall. Would be best if an electrician can do all the 3 tasks, otherwise happy to call a handyman for first 2 tasks and electrician for the 3rd task. Thanks

Electrical switches in bathroom and toilet needs to be replaced.

Had a qualified electrician run wires to my backyard house wall and installed new light fittings. I don’t believe the light fitting was fitted off correctly as water ran into one of the light fittings. There light fittings were installed correctly. Seeking someone to install a wall LED light fitting to replace the water damaged one. I would also like the electrician to verify that the other two wall lights are installed correctly. Photo is the same wall light fittings used.

Hi I need assistance replacing my old oven with a new one. The new oven has already been purchased and needs to be collected from the Hoppers Crossing store. Gas Cooktop works fine however I need to press & hold gas knob for 15/20 seconds for ignition. Usually that’s the case in the morning. Once used few times during the day, it works better i.e ignites within 4-5 seconds ( still not right away though). One person had a look did a good clean however still not much improvement and said it is something to do with electrical connections underneath. Point Cook area.

Electric oven, cooktop and rangehood not working. The connection is beind the appliance and it appears the power is not working. Checked MCBs, they are all on. Gas on cooktop working, only the electrical spark not there. Oven and rangehood not working.
