ongoing tripping problem in my shop kitchen when we plug in the two door upright fridge, the whole kitchen trips off. Tried to move the connection to another power point but still trips off. looks like the whole kitchen load is running from one load and its too much. Need to inspect the capacity of the power in the kitchen and find solution

Our bathroom exhaust fan/light has stopped working. (The fan works but the light doesn’t) it may have gotten water inside. Need a sparky to either fix it or replace it. (I have bought a replacement already) Also need to switch over a bedroom pendant light to a new one.

Electrical Power Points I have just installed a cutting station in the centre of my salon, I would love to hook it up to some power ( see pics ) for blow dryers, hot tools . The table is sturdy not bolted to the floor. I am more than happy to have power coming from the roof rather than up under floor. Needs to be compliant and all work to be done by a licensed electrician. Many thanks, Holly.

Need smoke alarm replaced

2 bedroom appartment. 2 smoke alarms.

Floor lamp needs fixing after it fell over and the light mechanism was damaged.

Install new power points in hallway cupboard, laundry and rumpus room of new townhouse.

I need two out door power points marked in red , the conduit is marked in blue , I will run power to low voltage outdoor lights in conduit under the path, directly behind the power point located just off the ground is a power socket indoor so I assume you can just piggy back off that. Power point near the ground gets allot of weather so it will need a cover.

Looking for certified electrician to purchase and replace a downlight for bathroom of apartment. Tenants have reported it as no longer working.

Our Electrolux fridge/freezer has a built-in ice dispenser and cold water dispenser that doesn’t work. We suspect it needs to be replumbed. The fridge door also doesn’t seal properly. We’re seeking someone who is qualified to fix these problems.

Install Arlec Boston II with remote (already purchased)

I have 3 downlights that I want to change to smart downlights. The roof is quite high, around 4.3m, and I don't have a ladder to do this. It is a quick task, they just pull out and the new ones plug straight in. I have included a photo of the space for reference. The downlights are circled in red.

Electrician to install new oven and cooktop. Needs new direct connections from switchboard to oven and cooktop. There is no existing connection as previously gas. The wires will need to run through the roof and down the side of the house via a conduit (about 12meters). The path for the wires will follow the path of an existing aircon unit. Conduits externally to be left straight and very neat and tidy. All cables and materials to be provided by the Electrician. Access to roof void under roof sheets (well trodden path so no issues).
