I need an experienced handyman to repair 2 outdoor electric blinds (each approximately 3 meters long) positioned next to each other. I have an electric wheelchair hoist in the boot of my car, consisting of a vertical folding post which is bolted to the floor of the boot, and a horizontal arm from the top. It folds up and down.
