Supply and install three Phase MCB Circuit Breaker 63amp 6kA Balance all circuits to three phase Test, seal, and commission installation.

One of my MCB switches has tripped and has become free. It controls all protected power ports on upper storey of our townhouse. also the rain water tank. I have switched all power devices and also plugged out the rain water pump, but the MCB is not clicking back.

This would mean you might need to access my roof space for the additional wiring. There is a manhole. Please confirm you are comfortable accessing roof space.
