Hi, I am looking to get a quote for an electrician to do a few tasks for me they include: -Installing two second hand air con units into the second story bedrooms. (Have the wall brackets & wall units will need to be re-gassed) - I would also like to monitor the usage of those 2 units plus a currently installed unit either separately or as a 2 +1. -Installing new oven and wiring to meter box. Wiring has been run to the meter box and will require swapping the old 15amp CB for a new updated 45amp one. -An overhead light in the pantry doesn't work. I've attached a picture of the meter box. It currently has 1 not used CB which can be removed and used for an A/C. Flexible on days/times. Thanks!

Leaking eletric water heater

We also need a new powerpoint put into the kitchen before the cabinets go in. And move the cable for the microwave switch into the cabinet with the oven and microwave spot. All the kitchen cabinets are just sitting there and haven't been screwed in place yet.

Electric gate stablisers have broken off (see picture black block beside motor). The gate is wobbling. The gate may need to be removed and cleaned as there is a lot of debris on the track from mowing etc.
