Cut off certain part of cabinet to fit a free standing Cook top and oven

Remove gas oven and stovetop to replace it with an electric oven and induction stovetop. The existing oven and stovetop are 110cm wide combined. What is the best way forward? Is it to reconfigure the cabinets to fit a freestanding 60cm stovetop and oven unit?Would I need a handyman for the cabinets, gas plumber and electrician? Happy to negotiate on price and timing.

This is a two story commercial building in Ringwood ( used for community service). Suddenly all lights have gone off in two toilets ( ground floor). Rest of the building has all light and power.
