We need a split system air conditioner installed in our container office, we have already bought the system just need install

Replace the pendant light (picture 1) to a couple of down lights similar to the one in pic 2. There is only one light switch. No dimmer required. I don’t have the down lights.

Split system AC not cooling, outdoor unit fan doesn’t come on when indoor unit is turned on. Outdoor unit is mounted back to back with indoor unit. Easy access with a standard ladder.

An attachment bracket for an over head private power supply to studio has broken. Need to ensure power is disconnected at meter box. Will underground line at a later date

I need two down lights fixed the bulbs keep blowing. And two dampers fitted to our inline exhaust fans.

1. Installation: Install 2 bed side lights with their own switch. 2. Light Switch Re-Wiring: Group 7 hallway lights together to one switch. At the moment they are wired to different switches. Re-wire a kitchen light to another switch. Re-wire a bedroom light to a different switch. 3. Bathroom Fan Wiring: Wire the fan to the other switch button on the same panel so both switch flicks have the fan. 2 bathrooms needed. Should be able to be done on the switch. All lights are close together in an apartment.

Need a few wall lights installed, and re-wire existing light switches. Also need to hide the cords through drilling.
